Garage Conversion, Hove

Hugh and Sophie’s large integral garage was mainly used for storage, so they asked us to create a separate utility room which connected to the main house. We knocked through into the kitchen, adding a back door to the side passage and another into the garage through an insulated stud wall. This practical space now includes multiple cupboards for laundry, with a sink, space for the washing and drying machines and radiator. All compliant with building regulations, of course.
